QCI On-Site Pipette Services
Whether you choose to take advantage of our convenient On-Site Service or you opt to send your pipettes to us for our Mail-In Service, you will always receive the quality service that we are known for. Our On-Site Service includes a team of technicians who will travel to your lab to service your pipettes. We travel with our Mettler Toledo Precision balances, which are ISO17025 certified. With our On-Site Service you are provided the convenience of never being without your pipettes for more than a few hours at a time. Visit our contact page for a price estimate form.For the convenience of our customers and the safety of their pipettes, QCI offers three distinct levels of on-site service: Basic, Platinum and ISO17025 Accredited. We assure that your pipettes will be treated with the utmost care, and handled only by our professionally trained calibration technicians. Each service includes a six month warranty on all parts with each calibration. Whichever service you select, know that your pipettes will be returned to you, accurately and precisely. Basic Service (SOP# QUBASIC102)
This service is for the Laboratory with a lean budget and exact pipette performance. Pipettes are inspected, serviced, worn or defective parts replaced and then recalibrated against ISO8655 Specification Tables or Manufacturers Specifications. Documentation is concise, clear and as left samples recorded.

Premium Service (SOP# QUPREM1000)
The premium service is performed at Manufactures suggested test points and five samples are recorded at each test point for Single channels and five samples are recorded at each test point and each channel of a Multi channel pipette. Pipettes are inspected and calibrated against Manufacturer's Specifications for Accuracy and Precision. Premium service is second only to our ISO17025:2005 Accredited Service.

Pipettes are inspected, serviced, worn or defective parts replaced and then calibrated again ISO8655 Specification Tables or Manufacturers Specifications.
A Certificate of Calibration is prepared and printed for each Pipette including As Found and As Left Samples at low, mid and high. Any adjustments are noted.

This Accredited service is performed according to ISO17025 regulations and SOPs. Pipettes are inspected, serviced, and any worn or defected pipette parts are replaced. Pipettes are then calibrated to ISO8655 or Manufacturer's Specifications. A Certificate of Calibration including as Found, as Left, Uncertainty Measurement, and All Environmental Factors is then prepared for each Pipette.
